Jack E. Williams III – Mr. Williams is managing partner and co-founder of Ceres Management Group LLC (CMG), a citrus ranch acquisition and management company with more than 450 acres of Central Valley citrus and grape land under management. Mr. Williams has more than 25 years in operations, project management and corporate planning for both public and private start-up and Fortune 500 technology, engineering, and environmental management companies. Mr. Williams received his BS from the University of California, Riverside, his MS from the University of Southern California, and his MBA from the Amos Tuck School, Dartmouth College
Jeffrey Steen – Mr. Steen is manager of Mittman-Denni Citrus Management, which farms over 1600 acres of citrus, 370 of which has been transitioned to organic cultivation. He is a partner in Mittman Family LP, a 200 acre family farm and a consultant to Golden Valley Citrus, Inc, a Sunkist Growers affiliate and vertically integrated citrus farming and processing company that packed and sold over 2.2 mm cartons in 2011-12. Mr. Steen is also a Board Alternate for the California Citrus Research Board. Previously Mr. Steen was Managing Director of Ecosa Capital, a strategic investment advisory firm, which conducted a mandarin research study for Sunkist Growers and an instructor at Stanford, Berkeley and St. Mary’s College. Mr. Steen received his BA with honors from the University of Miami and his MBA with honors from Georgetown University.
